Select RTF option to preserve formatting and select Text option to view email data without any formating in email data. Convert nsf files directly from lotus domino server by choosing the "convert domino server mailboxes" option from the software. With this option you can select the nsf files from selected user profiles, convert them and save them into .pst file or list in exchange server.
